Whew! Quite a lot of comments for this product! Seems like a lot of consumers have tried this one. Let’s break down what’s good and what’s bad about it, shall we?
Pros: very effective on areas like the hands, elbows, feet and other parts of the body that are prone to dryness; made from natural ingredients
Cons: the smell has been described from overwhelming to over the top to simply awful; feels greasy and heavy to some; not for the face
Our verdict
First, the manufacturer has not recommended the product as a facial cream, so we think that it’s not their fault if some have tried it on their faces and found that it was not effective. The product has been praised for its effectiveness in helping dry areas of the body, so we think that merits a plus since the product is designed for that anyway. The smell? From what we’ve gathered, not a lot of people like strong-smelling skin care products. And this is the area where we have to deduct some points. We recommend it only for body-use and for those who would use it at night, in the privacy of their homes and to those who sleep alone.
